Mint does not have excellent S rank arc options. Maybe in future she will get better S rank arcs, but for now, the best options for her is Battle Pass arc or A rank arcs.

Fluff of Fleetness

Mint is onfield main dps, so she can utilize this arc. But it takes 5 seconds to start fully benefiting from its passive so its not ideal. But it has S rank stats and good substats.
